Falcora provides analytics, monitoring, and data intelligence tools for digital asset ecosystems. The Platform aggregates publicly available data and presents it through dashboards, alerts, analytics, and reporting tools.

Falcora is an informational and analytical software platform only. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, brokerage services, asset management, or custody services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to use the Platform in your jurisdiction.

By using Falcora, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction
• You will provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where use of this service is prohibited

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of analytics, metrics, alerts, or platform data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falcora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any analytics, metrics, or informational content provided through the Platform.

9. Subscription & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions provide access to premium analytics features, dashboards, and enhanced platform functionality.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, depending on the selected payment method and billing provider.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms or activities that may harm the Platform or its users.
